Details of the New Partnership
The new joint venture initiative, named Africa Data Hub Holding Ltd., aims to develop artificial intelligence and data processing infrastructure across the African continent. The project intends to contribute to the region's technological transformation.
Investment and Financing Structure
Tarek Al Ashram, one of the co-founders of Gulf Data Hub, will use his own investment company for this new venture. According to the announcement, the financing process will be directly supported by this private investment move.
