Opening of the Taşova State Hospital Annex Building Took Place
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the new 2,000-square-meter indoor area annex building in Amasya, officials emphasized that investments in the healthcare sector continue without slowing down.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Taşova State Hospital annex building, Deputy İpek stated that Turkey is an example to the world with its healthcare reforms and drew attention to ongoing new investments in Amasya.
Healthcare Reforms
Stating that thanks to the Health Transformation Program initiated in 2003, citizens' access to doctors and medicine has become easier, Deputy İpek said that Turkey, with its understanding of a social state, is the country providing the best healthcare services in the world.
New Investments in Amasya
Stating that a budget of 3.5 billion TL has been allocated for the major hospital project under construction in Amasya and that construction works are continuing rapidly, officials noted that the healthcare infrastructure in the region will be further strengthened.
Technical Features of the Annex Building
The newly opened Taşova State Hospital annex building will serve with a total indoor area of 2,000 square meters, housing sections such as a dialysis unit, emergency service, cafeteria, and training hall.

Amasya Governor Önder Bakan, Provincial Health Director Dr. Dursun Koç, members of parliament, and mayors attended the opening ceremony at the hospital, which serves between 500 and 750 people daily.
