Ministry of Health Launches Remote Patient Evaluation System in 81 Provinces
With the new regulation implemented in Healthy Life Centers across 81 provinces, citizens can benefit from services such as psychological and social support free of charge by taking video appointments through MHRS without going to the hospital.
The Ministry of Health has launched the Remote Patient Evaluation System (UHDS), which moves preventive health services to digital platforms, in Healthy Life Centers across 81 provinces.
Video Appointment Opportunity via MHRS
With the new application, citizens can directly create appointments for active specialties via the Central Physician Appointment System (MHRS). Individuals who obtain an appointment can have video calls with specialists from wherever they are without physically going to the centers.
Services Offered at Healthy Life Centers
In the first phase, the system offers remotely accessible services in psychological support, smoking cessation clinics, and social support. Free health and counseling services are provided across 17 different units in 351 Healthy Life Centers operating throughout Turkey.
As part of the system, appointment schedules were created as of July 5 for psychologists and social workers serving in Healthy Life Centers in 81 provinces, and usage began in provinces that completed their preparations.
