A Quarter of Voters in Israel Consider Artificial Intelligence Support
A new poll conducted in Israel has revealed that a significant portion of voters is considering utilizing artificial intelligence in their voting decisions.
A comprehensive public opinion poll conducted ahead of the upcoming elections in Israel showed that one-fourth of citizens are considering utilizing artificial intelligence tools to determine their voting preference.
Survey Results and Artificial Intelligence Trend
A survey conducted by the Israel Internet Association revealed that voters are turning to artificial intelligence technologies. Accordingly, a quarter of the participants are evaluating getting support from these tools in their voting decision.
Increase in Misinformation and Fake Accounts
A large majority, 71 percent of those who participated in the survey, stated that they frequently encounter misinformation about the elections on the internet. Furthermore, 56.8 percent of the participants expressed that they have encountered fake or impersonation accounts.
Violence Concern and Association Recommendations
Sixty-nine percent of the public are concerned that political debates will increase online violence. The Israel Internet Association recommends that voters use artificial intelligence solely for research purposes rather than trusting it blindly.
