Well-known actors such as Nicola Coughlan, Hugh Bonneville, and Matt Lucas are supporting the 'Save Our Voices Now' campaign, which was launched in the UK to prevent the cloning of voices using artificial intelligence technology and to ensure individuals have legal rights over their own voices.

The campaign, titled Save Our Voices Now, is being carried out with the support of figures such as Luke Evans, Jen Brister, Siobhán McSweeney, and Pearl Mackie. The initiative aims to prevent AI technology from being used to clone a real person's voice and make them say anything desired.

Within the scope of the campaign, nearly 80 people signed an open letter addressed to the prime minister and Andy Burnham, and a Gov.uk petition was also prepared demanding that everyone in the UK receive voice ownership as a legal right. According to data, 28 percent of adults in the UK state that they have been the target of voice cloning scams.

Peter Caulfield, the founder of the campaign, stated that with a proper AI system, a voice can be cloned and stolen in just three seconds and reinterpreted without the person's knowledge, emphasizing that this situation is not fictional and is happening today.
