Large Datasets and Validation Studies
The MD3S system was developed by leveraging over 180,000 real-world health assessment records obtained from the UK Biobank.
The framework integrates hematological, biochemical, and physiological indicators to differentiate individuals with major depressive disorder from the control group.
High Accuracy Rate and Performance
The developed system achieved an accuracy success rate of 86.57 percent in the internal validation dataset.
Additionally, it demonstrated robust performance and operated stably across two independent hospital-based external validation cohorts.
