Halkbank Applied to the Capital Markets Board for Secondary Public Offering Process
Halkbank announced that it made an official application to the Capital Markets Board on August 27, 2026, to implement the planned secondary public offering.
Halkbank submitted the prospectus for approval by making an official application to the Capital Markets Board for the secondary public offering planned to be carried out within the framework of the Board of Directors' decision.
Board of Directors Decision and Application Date
In official statements made by Halkbank on the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that steps were taken in line with the Board of Directors decision dated August 7, 2026.
It was shared with the public that the official application regarding the planned secondary public offering was made to the Capital Markets Board on August 27, 2026.
Capital Increase Details and Amount
Within the scope of the capital increase, it is targeted to increase the bank's current issued capital by a certain amount and reach a new level.
It is planned to increase the current issued capital of 7 billion 184 million 778 thousand 41.963 liras by 1 billion 796 million 194 thousand 510.491 liras.
As a result of this increase, it is envisaged that the total capital will be raised to 8 billion 980 million 972 thousand 552.454 liras.
Method of Sale and Issue of Shares
It is envisaged that the shares representing the capital to be increased will be offered for sale on the stock exchange through a public offering method, without exercising the preemptive rights of existing shareholders.
It was stated in official disclosures that dematerialized and registered HALKB shares will be issued in the capital increase to be realized.
Prospectus and Investor Information
The bank reported that the prospectus prepared for the secondary public offering has been submitted to the approval of the Capital Markets Board.
It was noted that the prospectus submitted for review has also been published in the Investor Relations Section on Halkbank's website.
Fund Usage Report and Sharing
Halkbank also published the report it prepared regarding the use of the funds to be obtained as a result of the capital increase on the PDP.
It was stated that the report in question was prepared in accordance with the relevant communiqué articles and submitted as an annex to the PDP disclosure.
