The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Administration, affiliated with the Ministry of Health, has sent instructions to institutions to ensure the complete delivery of healthcare services throughout the holiday.
Affiliated healthcare organizations are required to assign personnel on a 24/7 basis across four levels: leadership, professional, administrative-logistics, and security.
Emergency and Treatment Measures
Healthcare institutions will maintain emergency care, examination, and treatment services without interruption, promptly addressing accidents and poisonings.
All measures will be fully implemented to ensure that no patient is deprived of treatment or experiences delays.
Transfer Procedures and Capacity
In situations exceeding professional capacity, initial intervention will be administered, the situation will be explained to the patient and their family, and a safe transfer will be arranged.
Public Health and Disaster Coordination
