Harsh Reaction from Serdal Adalı to MHK and Referee Decisions
Speaking after the summit held at the Turkish Football Federation facilities, Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı reacted to referee decisions. Stating that referee errors affected the players, Adalı said he wanted to convey referee issues to the President.
Following his meeting with TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı criticized the Central Referee Board and referee decisions, voicing a demand for foreign VAR.
TFF Summit and MHK Criticism
Beşiktaş President Serdal Adalı met with TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu at the Turkish Football Federation's headquarters in Riva. Making a statement after the meeting, Adalı expressed that Turkish football cannot make progress as long as the current president of the Central Referee Board remains in office.
Arguing that the positive efforts implemented by the TFF were overshadowed by MHK decisions, Adalı stated that other clubs were also experiencing similar referee problems.
Referee Decisions and Foreign VAR Demand
Stating that he did not see good faith in the decisions of referees and especially VAR officials, Serdal Adalı noted that he received complaint phone calls from numerous club presidents, including those from lower leagues. Claiming that the TFF management failed to take steps regarding the MHK, Adalı reported that he would request an appointment to present referee issues to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Reiterating their demands for the implementation of foreign VAR referees if Fenerbahçe also approves, the Beşiktaş President explained that they had been trying to boost the morale of their player Trossard for the last three days due to the situation he experienced.
