One of the two helmeted individuals arriving on a motorcycle fired two shots toward Hasan Başar. While one of the bullets hit Başar's right leg, the child next to him escaped the incident uninjured. The suspects rapidly fled the scene on the motorcycle following the attack.
Hospital Process
Hasan Başar, who was taken to Gaziemir Nevvar Salih İşgören State Hospital by his relatives in a private car following the attack, was transferred by ambulance to Dokuz Eylül University Hospital after initial intervention there. The athlete has been discharged after completing his treatment.
