The Prime Minister has enacted Decision No. 1425/QD-TTg on the National Digital Architecture Framework, Version 1.0, aiming to establish a comprehensive digital architecture model nationwide.

Main Objective of the New Decision

The issued decision defines the most essential common components for agencies at all levels within the political system. The goal is to ensure the connection, sharing, and joint utilization of resources and data.

Investment Efficiency Target

It aims to prevent duplication of investments on a national scale, support socio-economic development, and provide better services to citizens and businesses. Transparency will be increased through open data.

Common Standards and Roadmap

Ms. Mai Thuy Ngan, Director of the Technology - Digital Government Center under the National Digital Transformation Agency, stated that this framework serves as a common standard for agencies to build their own frameworks.

Distributed Investment Issue

Attempting to integrate different systems creates the risk of distributed investment and makes it difficult for systems to interoperate. The new framework aims to prevent these problems.
