At the time Osama bin Laden was killed in Pakistan in 2011, Mike Rogers was not in Abbottabad or the White House Situation Room.
Rogers, who was the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee at the time, was in Washington during the operation and was briefed on the raid by the CIA director via phone.
