Google Announces New Autonomous Features for Gemini AI Model
Tech giant Google has announced that it will add autonomous capabilities to its Gemini artificial intelligence model and make them available to the business world.
During an event, Google ushered the Gemini artificial intelligence model into a more capable era by introducing an autonomous agent that can manage business processes.
Era of Autonomous Artificial Intelligence
At a cloud event, Google expanded the capabilities of the Gemini model to announce a structure capable of executing transactions on behalf of users. The company stated that the new unified agent can go beyond answering questions and actually carry out tasks.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai emphasized that Gemini has reached over one billion monthly active users and that a significant portion of major corporations benefit from this technology.
First Step Focused on the Business World
It was stated that the new autonomous artificial intelligence capabilities will first be offered to enterprise users and will later be expanded to individual users. Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian noted that users will be able to give direct goals instead of instructions.
Integration and Enterprise Systems
This newly developed agent can work integrated with numerous corporate systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira. The system can function like a colleague with its own Workspace account and email address.
