It was clearly stated that the world can never afford a race to the bottom against security vulnerabilities in this area, and that a joint stance must be taken against existing threats.

Governments' Responsibilities and Security Measures

It was stated that governments have a primary responsibility to protect civilians from artificial intelligence threats and that steps to be taken at the national level are of vital importance.

To build trust, it was emphasized that guardrails must be established to ensure artificial intelligence is safe, transparent, accountable, and keeps human dignity at the center.
