Seminar on Knowledge Management in Social Sciences and Humanities Held in Hanoi
The seminar in Hanoi addressed the digitalization of management processes, the role of artificial intelligence in scientific management, and innovations in knowledge management methods.
Innovations in knowledge management methods in the social sciences and humanities were discussed at a scientific seminar organized in cooperation with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Location and Scope of the Seminar
On October 6, 2026, an important scientific seminar was held in Hanoi, organized jointly by the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Titled Innovation in Social Sciences and Humanities, this event was implemented within the scope of the 2026 National Innovation Day celebrations.
Digitalization of Management Processes
Speaking at the seminar, Professor Tran Thi Thanh Tu stated that the digitalization of management processes, ranging from budget preparation to task implementation tracking, has been accelerated.
It was emphasized that thanks to digitalization, transaction times have been shortened, manual steps reduced, and the ability to monitor progress significantly enhanced.
Scope of Digital Transformation and Data Management
Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tai Dong stated that digital transformation does not simply mean replacing paper documents with electronic forms.
It was specifically highlighted that during this transformation process, data must be searchable, connectable, and capable of in-depth analysis.
Artificial Intelligence and System Integration
Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha conveyed that while software usage reduces human labor, financial and scientific management systems must be integrated.
Addressing the role of artificial intelligence in scientific management at the meeting, it was argued that this technology is not a standalone solution and must be built upon high-quality data.
