Canakkale Culture Road Festival begins at the Anatolian Hamidiye Bastion
Organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the festival opened its doors in Canakkale with a wealth of art, music, and gastronomy events.
The nine-day event marathon held in Canakkale as part of the Turkey Culture Road Festival officially started with an opening program held at the Anatolian Hamidiye Bastion Hangar Building.
Festival opening ceremony
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Turkey Culture Road Festival is being hosted in Canakkale for the fifth time. The opening program took place at the Anatolian Hamidiye Bastion Hangar Building.
Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Gökhan Yazgı, Canakkale Governor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Toraman, members of parliament, local protocol, and numerous art enthusiasts attended the opening program.

In his speech at the opening, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism Gökhan Yazgı drew attention to the historical and cultural richness of Canakkale, stating that the festival will offer a very rich program in the fields of gastronomy, art, and music.
Canakkale Governor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Toraman stated that this comprehensive festival makes a great contribution to the city's brand value and has reached an important position.
Gastronomy and concerts
Throughout the festival, which will last for nine days, the rich Canakkale cuisine will be introduced to visitors through fifty-two different flavor points.
Within the scope of the events, well-known names such as Ceza, Kıraç, Bengü, Oğuzhan Koç, Özcan Deniz, Simge, Sefo, Gökhan Türkmen, and Bayhan will give concerts.
