Tersane Istanbul, which draws attention with its location on the Golden Horn coastline and its historic texture, presents internationally acclaimed artist Jaume Plensa’s monumental-scale sculpture Juana to viewers.
Characteristics of the Juana Sculpture
Produced from cast iron and standing approximately seven meters tall, the artwork holds the distinction of being Plensa’s first work in an Istanbul public space.
Scope and Installation Schedule
While this-scale artwork by the artist is being exhibited in the city for the first time, the sculpture can be seen along the coastline from the end of August 2026 until February 2027.
