Turkish World Women and Ethno-Fashion Meeting Held in Cappadocia
Designers from different regions of the Turkic world exhibited their traditional handcrafted works in the historical atmosphere of Cappadocia.
In the Cappadocia leg of the 9th TÜRKSOY Women and Ethno-Fashion Meeting, organized in cooperation with TÜRKSOY, TİKA, and the Ürgüp Municipality, designers from the Turkic world brought traditional motifs together with modern lines.
Institutional Cooperation of the Event
The International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY), the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA), and the Ürgüp Municipality signed a joint organization.
Wide Geographical Participation
Talented designers from all over the Turkic world, ranging from Kazakhstan to Tatarstan, Uzbekistan to Sakha-Yakutia, took part in the event.
Traditional and Modern Synthesis
Designers presented traditional weaves, unique motifs, and handcrafted works to the audience by combining them with modern lines.

The original designs were photographed in the unique natural and historical atmosphere of Cappadocia and accompanied by hot air balloons identified with the region.
Public Fashion Show in Ürgüp
The prominent products of the designers were presented to the public and art lovers through a magnificent fashion show held in the center of Ürgüp.
