Organized by the Fındıklı Municipality, the ViçeFest - Green Gold Silver Sea Festival continues with concerts, literary talks, and book signing sessions following an enthusiastic opening.

A Music-Filled First Night

The festival kicked off with concerts held after an enthusiastic opening march. The Avare band, consisting of Fındıklı's young talents, the Fındıklı Municipality Women's Choir, and Serkan Gençdoğan took the stage, providing citizens with enjoyable moments.

Literature and Poetry Meeting

In the talk titled "Something Like Poetry, Friendship" held within the scope of the events, journalist-writer Doğan Tılıç and master poet Haydar Ergülen came together with the people of Fındıklı. Following the conversation on friendship and literature, Ergülen signed his new poetry book titled "Cömert Gül" (Generous Rose) for his readers.

Urban Memory and Cultural Heritage

The city's memory was discussed in the talks held at Hayati Aykut Park. IMM Deputy Secretary General Mahir Polat and Fındıklı Mayor Ercüment Şahin Çervatoğlu discussed carrying cultural heritage into the future in the program titled "How Does a City Remember Itself?"

"Bizum Rize" Book Talk

Rize's nature, culture, and people were discussed in the talk held on the book "Bizum Rize," compiled by Alper Taş. Mayor Çervatoğlu, who wrote about the traditional cooperative spirit («meci») in Fındıklı, and guest writers Refika Kadıoğlu, Yakup Kepenek, and Serhan Pirpir participated in the program.
