Applications for the 250 Billion Lira Financing Package for the Manufacturing Industry Are Beginning

Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Kacır announced the application date for the 250 billion lira package prepared for the investment and financing needs of businesses in the manufacturing sector during a program held at the Istanbul Financial Center.

Application Date for the Financing Package

According to the statement made by Industry and Technology Minister Mehmet Kacır, businesses will be able to apply for the large 250 billion lira financing package prepared for the manufacturing industry starting September 1.

Credit Limits and Maturity Options

Within the scope of the updated support architecture, the credit amount limit for large enterprises was raised from 50 million liras to 150 million liras.

Businesses will be able to benefit from a grace period of up to 6 months and maturity options of up to 36 months within this scope.

Sectoral Support and Employment

The support amount per employee provided to businesses operating in the textile, apparel, leather, and furniture sectors was increased to 3,500 liras per month as of January 2026.

It was reported that large-scale firms were also included in the relevant support program with the new regulation.

Turkey's Industrial Development

Minister Kacır also touched upon Turkey's industrialization process at the Manufacturing Industry Financing Support Promotion Program at the Istanbul Financial Center.

It was stated that the industrial production index has increased 3.5 times in the last 23 years and the country's national income has reached 1 trillion 600 billion dollars.
