Following the Politburo's Resolution No. 57, which identifies science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the main driving forces of development, Bac Ninh promptly issued action programs.
The provincial government organized the implementation of this strategic resolution with the participation of the entire political system, gaining significant development momentum.
Technology Outsourcing Projects
Bac Ninh province has selected three major projects aimed at creating directly applicable technological products for technology outsourcing.
These projects include a digital mirror platform for smart city management, AI-supported forest monitoring systems, and an electrical energy map.
National Achievements and Rankings
According to the Central Government's evaluation, the province ranked second nationwide in the rate of timely task completion in 2025.
The Provincial Innovation Index jumped five places to rank sixth nationwide, marking a significant achievement.
Leadership in the Digital Economy and High Technology
The share of the digital economy in the province's gross domestic product is projected to reach 46.3 percent, the highest level in the country.
