Central Bank Revokes Licenses of Two Payment Services Companies
Following a decision taken within the framework of relevant legislation, the licenses of two companies operating in the sector have been revoked.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey has ruled to revoke the operating licenses of Payco Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ and Junomoney Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ, which operate in the market.

The communiqué regarding the revocation of the operating licenses of the two electronic money and payment services companies was published in the Official Gazette.
Companies Whose Licenses Were Revoked
The bank terminated the authorities of certain companies in the sector pursuant to the relevant statutory provision.
Within this scope, the operating licenses of Payco Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ and Junomoney Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri AŞ were revoked.
