According to the published issue of the Official Gazette, 17 funds whose payments have been completed have been finalized, the capital of İller Bank has been increased, and CBRT decisions have been announced.
According to the regulations in the October 10, 2026 issue of the Official Gazette, 17 funds with completed payments were announced, the capital of İller Bank was increased to 250 billion liras, and an electronic money company's operating license was revoked by the CBRT.

According to the information in the Official Gazette, 17 funds whose payments have been completed were finalized, and official announcements regarding the process were made.
Minister Mehmet Şimşek stated that no public resources will be used whatsoever in the fund payments and noted that the funds of thousands of investors have been deposited.
İller Bank Capital Increase
Within the scope of the published decisions, it was officially announced that the capital of İller Bank has been increased to 250 billion liras.
CBRT Revocation of Operating License
In line with the decision taken by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, it was reported that the operating license of an electronic money company has been revoked.
