Florentia Village Opens Its Doors Near Istanbul Airport
The luxury outlet center, established through a partnership between Kalyon İnşaat and RDM-Fingen Group, aims to make Istanbul a regional hub of attraction for shopping tourism.
Florentia Village, a luxury outlet brand implemented through a partnership between Kalyon İnşaat and RDM-Fingen Group with an investment of 180 million Euros, located 5 minutes away from Istanbul Airport, will open its doors to visitors on September 17.
Investment and Partnership Details
The Florentia Village project, carried out by Kalyon İnşaat in partnership with the Italian retail real estate management company RDM-Fingen Group, was completed in 1.5 years and established with a total investment of 180 million Euros.
Global Brands and Discount Rates
The project will feature stores of world-renowned luxury brands such as Prada Outlet, Moncler, Ferragamo, Ralph Lauren, Hugo, and Boss. While Prada is opening its first outlet store in the region here, it has been reported that discount rates will range between 30 percent and 70 percent.
Employment and Tourism Targets
Positioned between Istanbul Airport and Göktürk, the project is expected to provide direct employment for more than 5,000 people, host over 15 million visitors annually, and generate an annual turnover of 500 million Euros.
Future Plans and Events
The project, which houses 65,000 square meters of leasable area and 190 stores in its first phase, will later feature a 5-star hotel and a concert and event center with a capacity of 20,000 people.
