Halkbank informed the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has secured an additional $1.1 billion in resources from international markets following the conclusion of the criminal case in the US in the bank's favor.

Funds Secured from International Markets

In the statement made by Halkbank to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was recalled that the criminal case in the US concluded in favor of the bank.

It was officially announced that following the completion of the legal process, an additional $1.1 billion in resources was secured from international markets.

Resources Secured Prior to the Lawsuit

It was reported that proactive steps were also taken before the legal process was completed.

Foreign resources totaling $3.9 billion, including Subordinated Bonds and Bilateral Credit Agreements, had been secured.

Increase in the Number of Correspondent Banks

Following the completion of the legal process, a rapid increase was observed in the number of correspondent banks with which transactions are conducted.

Bank management stated that this development is extremely gratifying for the institution.

GMTN Program and Investor Interest

Within the framework of the approval by Halkbank's Board of Directors, a Global Medium Term Notes program with a size equivalent to $5 billion was established as of July 17, 2026.

The international investor tour conducted with fixed-income security investors demonstrated strong interest in recently planned issuances.
