According to information obtained from industry sources, developments in international markets will be directly reflected as a discount on fuel prices.
In this context, a comprehensive discount ranging between 4 and 5 liras is planned for the diesel group.
Clarification Time and Effective Date
The definitive price change, closely followed by consumers, is projected to be officially clarified today as of 16:00.
The new tariff to be determined will become valid across all fuel stations nationwide starting tomorrow.
Potential New Price Levels
In line with market expectations and calculations, new figures will emerge if a 5-lira discount is applied to diesel.
With this drop to be made on a provincial basis, the liter price of diesel in Istanbul is expected to fall to 77.73 liras.
With the same discount rate, it is calculated that prices will drop to 78.83 liras in Ankara and 79.12 liras in Izmir.
Fuel Prices in Eastern Provinces
Following the expected discount, fuel boards in the eastern provinces are also projected to be updated.
According to the calculations made, it is estimated that the liter prices of diesel in these regions will drop to an average level of 80.57 liras.
