New preparation for e-Government requirement in rental agreements
The Ministry is carrying out a new study to ensure all rental agreements are made through e-Government.
Within the scope of the studies carried out by the Ministry, it is planned to transition to a new era in e-Government integration so that citizens can securely conclude their rental agreements.
New Era Preparation via e-Government
The Ministry launched the first phase of the service regarding the reliable preparation of rental agreements for tenants and landlords via e-Government on November 4, 2024, and the second phase on May 9, 2025.
Authorization in Agreement Processes
In this context, real estate consultants and authorized persons were also granted the opportunity to prepare agreements. Additionally, error correction and update functions were made available to users.
Barcoded Document and Verification
With the application, time-stamped barcoded documents can be generated for rental agreements, and document verification can be easily performed directly through e-Government.
Mandate Studies Continue
The Ministry is carrying out a new study to make all rental agreements mandatory via e-Government, and the process is becoming widespread nationwide.
Data to Date
Within the scope of the provided service, 72,581 rental agreements have been approved to date, and e-rental agreements have been successfully issued in all 81 provinces.
