Massive Increase in Data Center Revenues

Data center operations played a decisive role in Nvidia's record revenue in the second quarter. The company's revenue from data centers increased by 117 percent on an annual basis, rising to $89 billion.

Net Profit and Earnings Per Share Rise

The company's net profit in the second quarter increased by 126 percent year-over-year to reach $59.7 billion. Reporting a net profit of $26.4 billion in the same period of the previous year, the company's earnings per share also rose from $1.08 to $2.46.

Payments Made to Shareholders

During the relevant quarter, Nvidia made approximately $26 billion in payments to its shareholders through share buybacks and cash dividends. The schedule for the company's dividend payments was also shared.
