Official Gazette published: New decisions for İzmir, Kırklareli, Rize, and Aydın
Decisions regarding land consolidation and urgent expropriation projects covering the provinces of İzmir, Kırklareli, Rize, and Aydın have entered into force.
New decisions have been published in the Official Gazette within the scope of infrastructure and road construction projects to be carried out in certain provinces across Turkey. Accordingly, land consolidation and urgent expropriation procedures will be conducted in four different provinces.
Land Consolidation Work in İzmir Tire
Land consolidation and on-farm development services will be carried out by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works in thirty neighborhoods located in the Tire district of İzmir.
New Project Steps in Kırklareli Central District
It has been decided to implement the aforementioned services through the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works in a total of fifteen neighborhoods and villages affiliated with the central district of Kırklareli.
Expropriation for Road Construction in Rize
Within the scope of the Rize Junction-İkizdere-İspir Road Project in the province of Rize, properties along the designated route will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of Highways.
Aydın Çıldır Airport Project
Properties falling within the site for the Aydın Çıldır Airport Development Project will be expropriated by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to be registered in the title deed in the name of the Treasury.
