Presidential Approval for the Sale of Certain Real Estate in Ankara and Istanbul
According to decisions published in the Official Gazette, the privatization sales of real estate owned by the Ministry of Finance Treasury and the Privatization Administration in the capital and Istanbul have been approved.
Presidential decrees regarding the sales transactions of certain real estate located in Ankara and Istanbul within the scope and program of privatization have been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Real Estate Sale in Çankaya, Ankara
The sale of the real estate located in Kavaklıdere Neighborhood, Çankaya district of Ankara, registered in the name of the Ministry of Finance Treasury and within the scope of privatization, has been approved.
The sale of the said real estate was deemed appropriate for Carpartner Yardım ve Destek Hizmetleri Otomotiv Nakliyat Taahhüt Ticaret Ltd. Şti., which submitted the highest bid of 155 million liras.
Real Estate Tender in Mamak
The tender for the privatization as a whole of the real estate located in Abidinpaşa-İmar Neighborhood, Mamak district of Ankara, owned by the Ministry of Finance Treasury, has been concluded.
The sale of the real estate to Arslanlar İnşaat Mimarlık ve Mühendislik Ltd. Şti., which submitted the highest bid of 118 million 800 thousand liras in the tender, has been approved.
Sale Decision in Kemerburgaz, Eyüpsultan
Approval was granted for the privatization of the real estate located in Kemerburgaz village, Eyüpsultan district of Istanbul, registered in the name of the Privatization Administration.
It was decided to sell the property to Ceynak Lojistik ve Ticaret AŞ, which submitted the highest bid of 1 billion 210 million liras in the tender conducted as a whole.
Obligations and Cancellation Conditions
In the event that the relevant companies refrain from signing the contracts or fail to fulfill their other obligations, their bid bonds will be recorded as revenue in favor of the administration and the tenders will be cancelled.
For the tender in Istanbul, if the first company fails to fulfill its obligations, the sale can be made to Sarılar İnşaat ve Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, which submitted the second-highest bid, for 1 billion 205 million liras.
