Amcor Packaging Facility Investment
Stating that the factory of Australia-based Amcor Packaging in Tuzla will be taken over, officials stated that the facility will be demolished and evaluated for a new warehouse investment.
Past Factory Takeovers
The company had previously taken over the real estate belonging to Gensenta pharmaceutical factory, Tata Steel factory, and Bianca Carrera bicycle factory and integrated them into storage activities.
High Demand and Business Model
Stating that they receive intense demand from companies for this model, the management conveyed that there are offers for the real estate to be completely transferred or to remain as tenants.
Financial Results and Profit Targets
Reysaş announced 3.4 billion liras in revenue, 1.4 billion liras in EBITDA, and 959 million liras in net profit in the second quarter; it was projected that 2026 could be completed with 5 billion liras in profit on both fronts.
Rental Incomes and Non-Selling Policy
Emphasizing that the share of rental income is very high, the company management specifically stated that there is no policy of selling their assets in their corporate culture.
Storage and Land Investments
Officials announced that 400 million liras could be invested in storage, noting that it is difficult to find large-scale land in Turkey and supply does not meet demand.
