Scope of e-Government 'My Private Insurances' Page Expanded
The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency announced that the scope of insurance services on e-Government has been expanded with Phase 2 studies.
As part of the efforts carried out by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency, the scope of the My Private Insurances page on the e-Government platform has been enriched with new features.
Phase 2 Studies Completed
A new phase of the efforts carried out to enable citizens to access insurance transactions more quickly and effectively has been left behind.
Phase 2 studies were successfully completed with the contributions of the Presidency of Cybersecurity and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center.
New Accessible Information
Thanks to the developments made, users will be able to easily access all details regarding their claim files via e-Government.
Expert reports, accident report forms, and fault rates can now be viewed through this system.
Policy Tracking Becomes Easier
System users will be able to directly access detailed information regarding their current and past policies in all branches.
In addition, thanks to policy renewal warnings, tracking insurance periods has been made much more practical.
