Tera Yatırım Applied to Increase Registered Capital Ceiling to 40 Billion Liras

Tera Yatırım announced that it has decided to apply to official institutions to significantly increase its registered capital ceiling and paid-in capital, following the steps taken by the Capital Markets Board to strengthen capital structures in the sector.

In line with the strategic decision made by Tera Yatırım management, it is aimed to strengthen the company's current financial structure.

The company aims to create a wide capital space beyond the new regulations and criteria in the sector.

CMB Application and Articles of Association Process

Following the board of directors' decision, an official application will be made to the Capital Markets Board to obtain the necessary permissions.

In order to complete the process, CMB approval must be obtained and the necessary changes must then be made in the company's articles of association.
