During this period when investment and capital have returned to tourism, a global increase of 22 percent has been recorded.

Wellness and longevity areas, focusing on health, well-being, and long life, rank among the new focal points of the tourism sector.
It is stated that the size of the wellness economy reached approximately 8 trillion dollars in 2025, and this figure is expected to rise to 11 trillion dollars in 2030.

Alongside global brands, boutique hotels and businesses with special concepts, which stand out with their agile structures, are increasingly rising in the sector.
It has been stated that the only profitable and continuously growing segment in global hotel management is luxury, and this segment has increased its revenue per available room.
Turkey's Strategic Potential
Turkey continues to be an important destination for international investors and holds strong potential, particularly in franchise hotels.
It is emphasized that the country's cultural heritage and unique approach to hospitality need to be conveyed more strongly to the world.
