Shapor Naghibzadeh recognized the importance of verified information during Operation Aurora at Google in 2009. Having been involved in the founding of Chronicle within Google X Labs, the experienced professional launched a new startup to bridge the trust gap in large language models.

The $6 million seed funding round, led by Brightmind Partners and New York Life Ventures, has been completed. As a result of this financing round, the company's total valuation reached $60 million.
