According to the statement made by the Directorate of Communications, the program aims to discuss the TV series sector's contribution to Türkiye's public diplomacy and to determine a roadmap for the future.

Having achieved great international popularity in recent years, being exported to more than 170 countries, and reaching over 1 billion unique viewers, Turkish TV series have become a major public diplomacy actor for Türkiye.
Participants and Opening Speeches
In this context, bringing together public institution and sector representatives, academics, and members of the press, the program will begin with opening speeches by Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy and Presidency's Director of Communications Burhanettin Duran.
Details of the Panel to Be Held
A panel will be held under the moderation of Birol Güven, General Manager of Cinema at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and with the participation of experts in the field, where the global success of Turkish TV series and their impact on public diplomacy will be discussed.
Workshop and Joint Roadmap
Following the panel, a closed workshop will be held with the cooperation of public institutions, the TV series sector, and academia, to evaluate the contributions of Turkish TV series to Türkiye's perception in the international arena and to create a joint roadmap.
