The National Solidarity and Integration Coordination Board, convened under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz at the Presidential Complex, has concluded its first meeting within the scope of the "Terror-Free Turkey" process.

Meeting Details and Participants

During the first meeting, held under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, the coordination and operation of the process were addressed within the framework of Law No. 7595, which entered into force on August 18.

Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Interior Mustafa Çiftçi, and Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler attended the meeting.

Board Members and Bureaucratic Participation

In addition to cabinet members, senior bureaucrats were also present at the meeting, and strategic assessments regarding the process were made.

MIT (National Intelligence Organization) Head İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Secretary-General Hakkı Susmaz, and NSC (National Security Council) Secretary-General Okay Memiş were among the attendees.

Establishment of Four Sub-Commissions

As a result of the consultations held, it was decided to establish four different sub-commissions in order to carry out the process more effectively.

These established commissions will continue their work under specific headings and ensure coordination.

Names of the Commissions

The designated sub-commissions were named Judicial and Legal Affairs Coordination, Monitoring and Detection, Social Cohesion and Integration, and Disarmament and Strategic Coordination.
