New Hub for Students

Google is preparing to launch a new, centralized space for students within Gemini specifically for the back-to-school season. This system incorporates features such as study notebooks where students can aggregate their research, flashcards, and practice tests.

Advanced Study Notebooks

The platform's study notebooks are further enriched with graphic and visual support. Additionally, the system has the capability to add exam dates and deadlines directly to Google Calendar based on the course syllabus.

Gemini Live and Google Lens Innovations

Google is adding Deep Research capabilities to the Gemini Live feature. Users can request complex research reports and chat about the results, and they can close the chat and lock their phone screen while the process continues. When the report is ready, the system sends a notification to the user.

Student Subscription Plans

Eligible students in the United States can take advantage of the Google AI Pro package, which provides 5TB of storage, Google Health Premium, and increased Gemini usage limits for free for one year. Students outside the US can access the Google AI Plus package, which offers 400GB of storage.
