It was stated that these accounts were used to promote a pseudo-expert community called the International Burke Institute, which claimed to be based in Israel.

It was determined that campaign operators preferred virtual private networks to bypass restrictions and generated content on various social media platforms.
It was noted that efforts were made to expand their sphere of influence through posts made on platforms such as Substack, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Content Strategy and Criticisms
It was observed that the content produced by the operators promoted the IBI organization while also criticizing Ukraine, the European Union, and Western governments.
Additionally, it was determined that custom logos and summary texts for various Telegram channels were also created using artificial intelligence tools.
Website and Fake Documents
It was determined that the International Burke Institute website featured copied and incorrectly cited academic papers.
It was stated that the site also featured a sovereignty index that praised Russia and targeted Western countries.
