With Bingöl State Hospital becoming a Training and Research Hospital, the aim is to increase the capacity of healthcare services in the region and reduce external dependency.
Bingöl State Hospital has started serving as a Training and Research Hospital after gaining a new status. This transformation aims for the hospital to provide advanced healthcare services, offer residency training, and become a healthcare center in the region.
A New Era Started in Healthcare
The attainment of Training and Research Hospital status by Bingöl State Hospital was met with joy in the region, opening the doors to a new era in healthcare for the city.
Advanced Healthcare Services Will Be Provided
In a statement made by Governor Cahit Çelik, it was noted that thanks to the new status, the hospital will operate not only in providing healthcare services but also in the fields of education, scientific research, and specialty training.
Modern Medical Equipment and New Units
In addition to a heart center, stroke unit, nuclear medicine unit, burn unit, chemotherapy unit, iodine treatment center, and sleep laboratory, modern angiography, intensive care, dialysis units, and palliative care services will operate in the hospital.
Reduction of Referrals and Regional Center
With this investment, it is aimed to reduce the need for citizens to travel to other provinces for advanced examination and treatment services and to elevate Bingöl to the position of a regional healthcare center.
