The cooperation program between the Ha Tinh Department of Health and Hanoi Medical University Hospital has been maintained regularly since 2024.
Within this scope, the hospital sends expert teams every year to provide professional support to hospitals and regional health centers in the province.

As part of the implementation framework, the Thach Ha Medical Center hosted Obstetrics and Gynecology specialist Dr. Tran Quang Manh for a two-month period.
At the Cam Xuyen Medical Center, rehabilitation specialist Dr. Dinh Phuong Hue served, sharing new techniques and providing support in various cases.
