Art and Awareness Encounter
Breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection are among the core priorities of Estée Lauder Companies' Breast Cancer Campaign. Within the framework of its collaboration with Istanbul Modern this October, ELC Turkey brings together art, awareness, and community.
Global Support and History
In 1992, Evelyn H. Lauder co-creating the pink ribbon and launching the campaign pioneered breaking the silence surrounding the disease. The foundation and company have channeled more than 150 million US dollars into breast cancer initiatives worldwide to date.
With Inspiration from Art Program
The Istanbul Modern building was illuminated with pink light for October. Open to visitors between October 6 and 11, the events highlight the sharing and solidarity power of art through participatory art experiences, special exhibition tours, workshops, talks, and seminars.

Estée Lauder Companies Turkey General Manager Nazlı Koruyan Altıpat stated that the program brings together art, awareness, and solidarity in a new experience. Istanbul Modern Education and Social Projects Director Neslihan Varol indicated that they are inviting visitors to establish a connection with art.
Continuous Support with PinkLine
ELC Turkey has been supporting the PinkLine program with the Pink Traces Women's Cancers Association since 2022. Offering psychology, nutrition, and beauty consultancy services, the initiative has provided over 10,000 sessions to more than 4,000 women to date.
