In line with the decree published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Health, a total of 26,673 contracted health personnel will be recruited, including positions for specialist physicians, physicians, health technicians, midwives, nurses, and dietitians.

With the decree published in the Official Gazette, the details of the recruitment of 26,673 contracted health personnel to be employed within the Ministry of Health have begun to become clear. According to the announcements made, the positions consist predominantly of physician roles.
According to the published decree, the distribution of branches and quotas in the massive recruitment is determined as 22,983 specialist physicians, 3,652 physicians, 25 health technicians, 9 midwives, 2 nurses, and 1 dietitian.
Application Process and ÖSYM Guide
While application dates and the guide have not yet been officially announced, the process is expected to be carried out through the ÖSYM preference guide. Candidates will perform their transactions electronically.
According to statements by Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Kemal Memişoğlu, the recruitment is planned following the KPSS in September 2026, and the preference guide is anticipated to be published in the last quarter of the year.
