New Family Health Center Opens in Şirintepe Neighborhood
Completed in partnership with Melikgazi Municipality and philanthropists, the new health facility is preparing to offer comprehensive services to neighborhood residents.
Built in Şirintepe Neighborhood through the collaboration of Melikgazi Municipality and a philanthropist, the Fatma-Halit Çataloğlu Family Health Center will open its doors with a ceremony on Tuesday, September 1, at 4:00 PM.
Opening Date and Details
The official opening program for the new facility, implemented to strengthen the healthcare infrastructure in the Melikgazi district, has been finalized. The Melikgazi Municipality Fatma-Halit Çataloğlu Family Health Center will open its doors with an official ceremony to be held on Tuesday, September 1, at 4:00 PM.
Technical Capacity of the Center
Serving in the Şirintepe Neighborhood, the new health center will meet the healthcare needs of the local population with a total capacity of 5 physicians. In addition to examination rooms, the facility includes various medical units and laboratory areas.
Within the center, medical intervention, vaccination, infant monitoring, reproductive health, and pregnancy follow-up rooms, as well as archive and laboratory areas, will be made available to citizens.
Statements by Mayor Palancıoğlu
Melikgazi Mayor Mustafa Palancıoğlu expressed his satisfaction regarding the new healthcare investment brought to the district. Palancıoğlu thanked the philanthropic Çataloğlu Family and municipal employees who contributed to the realization of the project.
Emphasizing the importance of easy access to health services, Palancıoğlu stated that they have implemented a record number of family health centers so that citizens can receive healthcare services in their own neighborhoods without experiencing transportation problems.
