New System Preparations
New applications planned to be implemented in order to facilitate access to health services have begun to become clear.
The infrastructure of a new system is being prepared in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
Ease of Medication Supply
It is aimed that patients will be able to obtain their medications directly from pharmacies in cases where no changes are made to the treatment during the validity period of the prescription report.
In this way, the need for patients to apply to a doctor for continuous renewal prescriptions will be eliminated.
Family Medicine Authorities
The prescribing and report-issuing authorities of family physicians have been comprehensively expanded.
In this direction, 1,859 new medications have been added to the list of medications that family physicians can prescribe.
Home Health Services
Medication, medical supply, and disabled health reports for individuals over the age of eight are now issued in their homes.
New centers have been established to coordinate home health and telehealth services.
