Fatih Municipality Summer Sports Schools Closing Ceremony Held

The Summer Sports Schools organized by Fatih Municipality came to an end with an enthusiastic closing program held at Mimar Sinan Stadium. Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak and Fatih Mayor M. Ergün Turan attended the event, which brought together thousands of children and their families.

Fatih Municipality Summer Sports Schools held their finale with a widely attended program at Mimar Sinan Stadium. The season's closing ceremony was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Osman Aşkın Bak, Fatih Mayor M. Ergün Turan, and Fatih District Governor Cafer Sarılı. Children and young people who received training in various branches for two months filled the stadium alongside their families.

Sports Opportunities for Thousands of Children

Activities carried out across different locations in Fatih throughout the summer received great interest. Operating across 21 different locations, 8,500 children and young people had the opportunity to practice sports in 21 separate branches. Including applications across various branches, the total registration number for the two-month period reached 16,800.

A Fulfilling Two Months

During the two months spent on fields and in sports halls, children did not only receive technical training; they discovered new branches and experienced teamwork. While students acquired the habit of disciplined work, they also built new friendships and spent a social summer period. The energy and excitement of the children stood out during the closing program.
