Fenerbahçe has officially announced the acquisition of Ghanaian defender Kojo Peprah Oppong. According to the club's statement, a signing ceremony for the new transfer will be held at the Chobani Stadium, Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.

The signing ceremony for new transfer Kojo Peprah Oppong will take place on Saturday, August 29, at the 1907 Tribune of the Chobani Stadium, Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Sports Complex.
It was reported that the signing ceremony, to be held with the participation of Football Director Oğuz Çetin, will be open to the press at 11:00 AM.
Career Background
Starting his professional career at Swedish team Norrköping, Oppong later played for GIF Sundsvall and subsequently transferred to French club Nice.
Making 43 official appearances in Nice's jersey, the 22-year-old defender had faced Fenerbahçe as an opponent in the UEFA Europa League last season.

Kojo Peprah Oppong has written his name onto the list of Ghanaian football players in the history of the yellow-navy club.
The player became the 6th Ghanaian footballer in Fenerbahçe's history, following Yaw Preko, Samuel Johnson, Stephen Appiah, Andre Ayew, and Alexander Djiku.
