Merkezefendi Municipality provided equipment support to amateur sports clubs
Through a program organized by Merkezefendi Municipality, requested sports equipment was delivered to one hundred twenty-seven clubs operating in thirty different branches.
As part of its efforts pursued since 2019 to develop sports in the district and bring youth together with sports, Merkezefendi Municipality provided equipment support this year to 127 amateur sports clubs operating in thirty different branches.
A Program Was Held at Bereketler Hall
A special equipment support program was held at the Bereketler Meeting and Exhibition Hall by Merkezefendi Municipality in order to meet the needs of amateur sports clubs and contribute to the athletes.
Materials Were Procured in Line with Requests
In the support program prepared in line with the needs of the clubs, instead of standard materials, directly requested products were procured. Thus, efficient use of resources was ensured and waste was prevented.
Support Was Provided in Thirty Different Branches
Within the scope of this year's support program, assistance was delivered to clubs operating in a total of 30 different branches, including football and disability sports, as well as karate, taekwondo, boxing, archery, swimming, chess, volleyball, and basketball.

At the program attended by football manager Mesut Bakkal and Mayor Şeniz Doğan, club representatives came together. Denizli Amateur Sports Clubs Federation President Feyyaz Ceşen also conveyed his thanks for the support.
