Numerous fire, medical, and police teams were dispatched to the area to rescue the citizens trapped inside and to extinguish the fire.
Following the fire, which was brought under control and extinguished as a result of the intensive intervention of the teams, cooling operations were carried out in the area.
Statement from Governor Canalp
Batman Governor Ekrem Canalp came to the scene to conduct inspections and received information from authorities.
Governor Canalp announced that a total of eleven citizens were affected by the fire, one is in critical condition, and eight are in stable condition.

Following the tragic incident, it was announced that an official investigation was launched by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and inspectors were assigned.

Identities of Those Who Lost Their Lives
It was determined that the two people who lost their lives in the fire were Şaziment Sarıgül and Emine Yani.
It was learned that Sarıgül and Yani worked at the Children's Homes Site affiliated with the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services.
