Dien Bien province and Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) have officially signed a cooperation agreement to carry out joint efforts in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
Background of the Cooperation Agreement
At the signing ceremony held in Dien Bien province, the parties came together to establish a strategic partnership.
This step was taken to implement the Politburo's Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.

Le Van Luong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province, participated in the official signing ceremony.
Additionally, Lieutenant General Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group, was also present and among the signatories of the agreement.
